On Tuesday, December 11, I am [finally] publishing our next Special Report: Beyond Behavior-Based Safety- Taking Safety Performance to the Next Level.

BeyondBBSCoverThis is an exciting moment for me and for the PPI Team, because this is our first major step toward developing a community of error reduction / safety professionals.

The true intent of this Special Report is to (1) clearly document the safety impacts of holistically addressing the issue of human error, and (2) to open massive discussion on the topic.
